Yes. Dry cleaning is included within the hire fee. Please remember that if the garment is excessively soiled and needing further repairs there will be further charges (refer to our Terms and Conditions).
1. Book an appointment online to view & try on our House of Hire collection. 2. Once you have found the garment you love, simply book it in for your event date by paying the hire fee instore via cash, debit or credit card. 3. Pick up your garment from our Helena Valley boutique on your pick up date as organised with House of Hire. 4. Return the garment back to our Helena Valley boutique on your required return date as requested by House of Hire.
No, at this stage we only hire within WA only.
We are a business run by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please book an appointment through our link above.
It is recommended to book your appointments Wednesday & Thursdays, which gives you the opportunity to view our full range, as garment pickups begin late Thursday nights and continue through both Friday & Saturday. Monday & Tuesday are dry cleaning days for the garments that were specifically hired out over the weekend period.

We can only book a dress in for your event date with 50% deposit of the hire price or a full payment of the garment.
Yes, but please email us the full name and your relationship with the person who will be picking up on your behalf. Unfortunately we cannot give out garments to anyone other than the member that the dress is booked under. We require written confirmation from the members email address confirming the above information. ID may also be required from the person.
You can pick up your garment the night of or the night before your event. If your event is midweek the garment must be picked up on the day of the event or otherwise agreed with House of Hire.
No. Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself as you may risk soiling the garment further. You must notify House of Hire of any damage during the hire period by email or text message.
Dry cleaning is already included in the hire price.
To return the garment you must deliver your garment back to House of Hire Perth.
If your event is on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday please return the garment by a time advised by us. Thursday, Friday or Saturday please return the garment by Monday.
Any garments that are returned later than the arranged return date will incur a $20 late fee per day. After 7 days the late fee will be $150.
